Family-owned. Built around construction.
Since 2010, MEP Partners has served builders and developers with plumbing, mechanical and electrical contracting.
Family-owned and builder-focused
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Partners, LLC was founded in 2010 by Drew and Sara Warren, Mikey and Lindsey Colgan, and Tim and Colleen Colgan. Our families have deep roots in Northern Virginia and a reputation built on doing quality work and standing behind it.
Our construction teams coordinate licensed trades from groundwork through final inspection, with defined scopes and direct communication with builders and general contractors.
Today we work with national production builders, regional builders and multifamily developers across the communities served by our five Virginia offices.
