Job information sheet

One sheet per job, or per lot, before work starts. It tells us who owns the property, who we are contracting with, who is financing the job and who the lien agent is. About five minutes. Leave anything you do not know blank and we will follow up.

Why we ask. On residential jobs Virginia requires subcontractors to notify the Mechanic's Lien Agent named on the building permit within 30 days of starting work. Having the owner, permit, lien agent and lender on file before we mobilize keeps routine paperwork from ever becoming a problem for you or for us.
